If you like the villa, you can fill in your information through our reservation form. We will check availability with the owner once again before confirming your request. You will then receive a payment email containing all the details of your booking. A non-refundable 40% deposit must be paid to Rabat & Roots at the time of booking, by PayPal or bank transfer. PayPal “goods and services” fees are to be covered by the guest. The remaining 60% must be paid in cash upon arrival. After receiving the deposit, we will send you the exact location of the accommodation and remain available for any special requests. The total booking amount does not include optional services or products ordered on-site. If you wish to pay in dirhams, the exchange rate of the day will apply. Any cancellation request must be sent by email. The reservation deposit (40% of the total amount) is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
