- If you like the villa, you can fill in your information through our reservation form. We will check availability with the owner once again before confirming your request.
- You will then receive a payment email containing all the details of your booking.
- A non-refundable 50% deposit must be paid to Rabat & Roots at the time of booking, by PayPal or bank transfer. PayPal “goods and services” fees are to be covered by the guest.
- The remaining 50% must be paid in cash upon arrival.
- After receiving the deposit, we will send you the exact location of the accommodation and remain available for any special requests.
- The total booking amount does not include optional services or products ordered on-site.
- If you wish to pay in dirhams, the exchange rate of the day will apply.
- Any cancellation request must be sent by email.
- The reservation deposit (50% of the total amount) is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- Our team will remain available throughout your stay to recommend the best places and experiences in Rabat.
