Cancellation Policy
If you like the villa, you can fill in your information through our reservation form. We will check availability with the owner once again before confirming your request. You will then receive a payment email containing all the details of your booking. A non-refundable 40% deposit must be paid to Rabat & Roots at the time of booking, by PayPal or bank transfer. PayPal “goods and services” fees are to be covered by the guest. The remaining 60% must be paid in cash upon arrival. After receiving the deposit, we will send you the exact location of the accommodation and remain available for any special requests. The total booking amount does not include optional services or products ordered on-site. If you wish to pay in dirhams, the exchange rate of the day will apply. Any cancellation request must be sent by email. The reservation deposit (40% of the total amount) is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Our team will remain available throughout your stay to recommend the best places and experiences in Rabat.
House Rules
- Parties, gatherings, events, drugs, alcohol and external guests are strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed and smoking inside the property is forbidden.
- The number of occupants indicated at the time of booking must be respected. Any additional person must be declared and may incur extra charges.
- Sex tourism is a criminal offense in Morocco. Any violation will result in the immediate intervention of the local authorities.
- Moroccan or mixed couples (where one partner is Moroccan or born in Morocco) must present a marriage certificate at check-in. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the deposit will not be refunded.
- In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests will be required to leave the property immediately, without refund.
- Please switch off the lights, heating and air conditioning when leaving the accommodation to save energy and protect the environment.
